Job Title : Construction Laborer

Job Description

As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for loading and unloading super sacks of concrete at a consistent pace to meet production goals. This role requires operating equipment regularly, along with assisting in site clean-up and moving materials. Occasionally, you may also help with printing tasks. Our team values a collaborative approach, so a willingness to engage in various tasks beyond equipment operation is essential.

Note : This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts and includes travel to multiple job sites . Travel accommodations are covered, with lodging and per diem provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload super sacks of concrete every 30 minutes to meet production goals.
• Operate equipment such as JCB 510 and Manitu on a daily basis.
• Assist with site clean-up and material movement.
• Help with printing tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively in a team-first environment.

Work Environment

This is an outdoor construction environment with shifts running from 7 AM to 7 PM for day shifts and 7 PM to 7 AM for night shifts. Employees at the Community First Village site will alternate between 38 and 45 hours weekly, with guaranteed overtime. The Mueller site offers shifts from 5 AM to 1 PM or 1 PM to 9 PM, with guaranteed 40-hour workweeks. Adaptability to different sites and shifts is crucial in this role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.
