Shift Leader Full Time (Commerce, MI)

Jersey Mikes Commerce is looking for a Shift Leader who can supervise team members, maintain store standards, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with previous food service or retail experience who enjoys taking initiative and leading others.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts
  • Support training of new employees and reinforce standards
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
  • Manage food quality, accuracy, and service speed
  • Assist with opening or closing duties
  • Monitor shift flow and provide direction as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues when needed

  • Ability to multitask and stay focused
