Job Purpose

Maintenance Technician

Location : Reading, PA

Shift : Monday-Friday | 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM after initial training period

Pay Rate : $26.25-$36.05 per hour

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of mechanical and facility maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on mechanical experience, and a commitment to workplace safety.

The salary range for this position is $26.25-$36.05. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
