Soliant Pharmacy has a need for a Director of Pharmacy in a 340B pharmacy setting for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with lots of in-house pharmacy growth on the horizon.

Type : Contract to Hire
Schedule : Monday - Friday 9a-5 : 30p
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of daily pharmacy operations to ensureaccurateprescription fulfillment and high-quality patient service.
- Lead, supervise, and schedule pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure effective team performance.
- Provide oversight and strategic management of the 340B Drug Pricing Program in alignment with APEXUS and HRSA guidelines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including procurement processes and control of scheduled substances.
- Ensure pliance withBoardof Pharmacy, DEA, and other regulatory standards.
- Support provider teams with pharmaceuticalexpertise,identifyingpotential druginteractionsand providing clinical input on medication management.
- Deliver patient counseling and medication education to promote adherence, safety, and understanding.
- Maintain a secure, pliant, and patient-centered pharmacy environment.
- Position Requirements :
- Active Ohio Pharmacist License (RPh); Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of pharmacy experiencerequired; demonstratedleadership in a retail pharmacy setting is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of 340B Program operations and APEXUS standards preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills; ability to lead and manage cross-functional pharmacy teams.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal munication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong inventory and pliance management capabilities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience :
Prior experience in an FQHC / 340B setting requiredMinimum of 4-years of 340B pharmacy leadership in an FQHC / 340B setting highly preferredOhio license current and in good standingStrong leadership in : Multiple site pharmacy operations, high level management for corporate / HRSA pliance, BOP and regulatory know-how; and 340B formulary / billing.Certification :
Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) highly preferredThis contract to hire role offers meaningful supporting of vulnerable patient populations by providing expanding access to healthcare / medication.
