As a KITCHEN MANAGER for Harry's Seafood Bar and Grille , you will have a direct impact on our goal to deliver Harry's Best and Nothing Less every day. The Kitchen Manager role is essential to fulfill our mission to not only to create raving fans of our guests, but also of our employees. Apply now for this Kitchen Manager position!

    • Kitchen Manager Qualifications :

  • Previous high-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
  • Ability to train, mentor and develop team members so that they can be set up for complete success.
  • Stable track record and work history in previous positions.
  • Must be dependable, reliable and a motivated individual.
  • Experience in budgeting and food / labor cost control with the ability to achieve profit objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights and weekends).
  • The schedule for this role is predominantly mids and closing shifts.
