Web Developer Job at Skill Demand in Indianapolis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our growing team. Will play a key role in maintaining and developing our current website, as well as building the next iteration in React. Work closely with our UI / UX designer to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update our existing website built with HTML, Bootstrap (front-end), and PHP (back-end).

Develop the next iteration of our corporate website using React.js .

Collaborate with the UI / UX designer to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web pages.

Work effectively with the team to test, debug, and improve website performance.

Code new pages and website elements for seamless integration and user experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a web developer with at least 3 years of experience.

Proficiency in React.js development with the ability to make same-day updates.

Working knowledge of PHP (or similar back-end language) is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality code.

Experience with website performance optimization techniques.

Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
