About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA organization. This role offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to step into increased leadership responsibilities, with a clear development path toward becoming our Clinical Director.
The ideal BCBA is passionate about high-quality clinical care, committed to ethical practice, and excited about helping shape and scale a rapidly expanding ABA program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (FBA, VFBA, skill assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to Behavior Technicians (BTs), RBTs, and clinical team members.
- Oversee implementation of ABA programs, ensuring fidelity, compliance, and high clinical standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure integrated care.
- Monitor progress through data analysis, adjust treatment plans, and document clinical notes according to state and insurance requirements.
- Participate in organizational planning and quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability and ambition to grow into a Clinical Director role.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, clinical documentation, and treatment planning.
- Experience supervising BTs/RBTs and providing parent training.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high-quality care.
- Prior experience leading teams or participating in clinical oversight is a plus.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with insurance authorizations and compliance.
- Familiarity with ABA electronic health record systems.
- Spanish language proficiency is a bonus.
- Interest in building and shaping a new program.
