Test Automation Engineer

Role Overview:

The PeopleSoft Test Lead manages end-to-end testing activities across PeopleSoft HCM and ERP implementations, ensuring quality and readiness for deployment.

Essential Duties

• Lead functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing

• Coordinate testing efforts with business, technical, and project teams

• Define testing metrics and ensure quality standards are met

• Manage UAT teams and validate deliverables against client requirements

Required Qualifications

• DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

• 5+ years of enterprise system testing experience

• Strong knowledge of ERP and HCM testing methodologies

• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups

Other Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Must have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
