FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH)

Position: Cashier / Guest Service Associate / Food Runner
Department: Front of House
Reports to: Store Manager

Job Summary:


As a FOH team member, you are the face of the restaurant and provide exceptional guest service by taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring the restaurant is welcoming, clean, and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the ordering process.
  
  
• Operate POS system accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
  
  
• Describe menu items and make suggestions (up-sell sides, desserts, drinks).
  
  
• Ensure orders are delivered correctly and promptly to guests.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and inviting dining area (wipe tables, restock condiments, trash disposal).
  
  
• Monitor and respond to guest needs, concerns, or complaints with professionalism.
  
  
• Coordinate with BOH for special orders or allergy-related needs.
  
  
• Follow food handling and hygiene procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
  
  
• Friendly, energetic, and respectful demeanor.
  
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
