About the role

The Package Coordinatoris responsible fortheaccuratereceiving, sorting, organizing, and tracking of all incoming packages for hotel guests and internal departments. This role ensures that packages are processed efficiently, stored securely, and delivered promptlyin accordance withguest requests. The Package Coordinator works closely with the Concierge and Guest Services teams tomaintaina smooth, reliable, andguestfocusedpackage handling operation.

What you bring

Previoushospitality experience preferred

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to lift, carry, and move packages of varying weights safely

Comfortable usingpackagetrackingor inventorysystems

Strong communicationskills and guestservice orientation

Ability to work independently and manage high volumes during peak times

Full-Time

This position requires the flexibility to work a diverse schedule encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
