About the Role :

Were looking for a Service Manager to lead our team manage shop operations and drive sales. This role is key to maintaining high standards delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient workflow.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coach shop staff; manage scheduling and performance.
  • Oversee workflow inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Sell repairs / services and help achieve sales goals.
  • Handle customer service issues and maintain shop safety.
  • Manage costs and P&L performance.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years automotive shop management experience.
  • 1 year in sales or proven ability to sell.
  • Valid drivers license and clean MVR.
