Job Full Description

Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Pay : $20.00 / hour + DOE

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to Dawayne. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple changing tasks throughout the day, and enjoys being a key support person across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct administrative support to Dawayne
  • Manage scheduling and calendars
  • Make and follow up on phone calls
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
  • Assist payroll and marketing teams with minor tasks as needed
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain organization of documents and office materials

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using office equipment (phone, printer, fax machine)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
