Senior Software Developer - On-Site

Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• 4+ years of prior experience in programming, software development, or related fields, with a strong emphasis on .NET applications
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and ASP.NET; knowledge of CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript is highly advantageous
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Strong understanding of application-level design patterns and ability to articulate complex tasks clearly
• Excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn and apply new industry concepts
• Familiarity with application frameworks/libraries, as well as experience in using and developing APIs
• Solid grasp of HTML semantics, web APIs, the DOM API, CSS fundamentals, HTML5, CSS3, new APIs, and HTTP2
• Passion for continuous learning of new languages, platforms, and skills
• Strong multitasking abilities across various critical projects
• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating with team members, including using advanced technologies like AI.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the development of new core features, enhance user experience, and scale our codebase to accommodate future demands
• Create and implement new features and improvements in both internal and external systems
• Produce maintainable and testable code
• Advocate for and apply development best practices, with a focus on usability and semantics
• Be present on-site to answer questions and facilitate collaboration
• Provide mentorship to junior developers.
