Deaconess Clinic is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our clinic in Oakland City, IN. This position offers a guaranteed salary of $260,000 and a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year contract.

Practice Details

The successful candidate will work at the Oakland City clinic alongside a collaborative team that includes :

  • 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
  • 1 Physician

  • Up to $15,000 moving allowance

    • Bonus Opportunities

    Potential for a performance-based bonus , subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Bonus details, including eligibility and performance goals, will be discussed during the interview process or upon hire.

    Position Requirement

    Applicants must have or obtain licensure in the state of Indiana to practice.
