Job Title : Pediatric Physical Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist who wants to focus on patient care without the burden of billing quotas. This role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, individualized therapy to medically fragile children in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat children with gross motor, mobility, and neuromuscular disorders.
- Assess, recommend, and manage specialized rehabilitation equipment (wheelchairs, standers, gait trainers, orthoses).
- Collaborate with vendors, orthotists, and clinical team members for optimal equipment fitting and use.
- Educate families, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and equipment.
- Supervise PTAs and therapy aides to ensure high-quality care.
- Complete documentation (Plans of Care, progress notes) to support continuity and clinical justification.
Qualifications
License : Active or eligible Delaware Physical Therapy license.Education : Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Experience :Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.Background in acute, complex, or medically fragile care (including trach / vent) highly valued.Experience with rehabilitation equipment assessment and management is a plus.Benefits
