We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our DFW office team, who will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Principals to develop and maintain a wide range of marketing and proposal deliverables. The ideal candidate is a positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude, someone who is flexible and self-motivated. Responsibilities :
Include, but not limited to,
- Collaborate with DFW Principals and the Marketing Manager to organize and produce marketing deliverables including creative, quality and accurate qualification statements, proposals, and presentations
- Support DFW Principals in gathering information and developing strategies for new business pursuits
- Track all key marketing milestones and deadlines
- Develop and update marketing resources including up-to-date project data and staff resumes
- Interact with prospective clients to grow new networks and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager on DFW marketing and public relations needs
- Participate in firm-wide marketing and business development team weekly conference calls
- Participate in industry conferences and events
- Coordinate with Corporate and participate in all aspects of professional photography shoots of recently completed projects.
- Utilize graphic design skills for the preparation of proposals, SOQs and PowerPoint presentations
- Collect and coordinate database updates for past and current projects
Qualifications :
Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree5+ years of relevant experience in the A / E / C industryProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), as well as MS Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational skills : ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing and managing simultaneous projects with competing demandsAcute attention to detailAbility to independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process, including the ability to understand and analyze RFQ / RFP requirementsDemonstrated ability to work with minimal direction and proactively seek guidance as neededDemonstrated ability to work within a team structureAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipPGAL offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) and profit sharing.
