Hybrid | Farmington Hills, MI

Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Pay Range : $18-$20 / hour

At Centria Healthcare , we provide private duty nurses and home health aides to support pediatric and adult patients who need medical care in the comfort of their homes - proudly serving families across Michigan.

We're seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people to support our clinical and field-based teams through the onboarding process.

  • What you'll do :
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and credentialing requirements
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals about licensing, certifications, and training
  • Track compliance with state, federal, and payor regulations
  • Assist with audits and maintain up-to-date personnel records
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal teams and external partners

What will help you succeed :

  • Background in HR, recruiting, customer service, or healthcare administration
  • Familiarity with compliance processes or medical terminology
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Clear communication and a proactive, problem-solving approach
