Your Core Responsibilities:

• Assessment & Planning
  • Conduct initial and annual psychological assessments.
  • Collaborate with IDT to develop behavior goals and intervention methods.
  • Participate in Personal Futures Plan development and implementation.
• Data Management & Reporting
  • Oversee emotional data collection and supervise data entry.
  • Observe and document behaviors to inform service planning.
  • Provide feedback to supervisory staff on individual and facility concerns.
• Behavioral & Crisis Support
  • Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies.
  • Secure Human Rights Committee and Informed Consent approvals.
  • Implement and monitor behavior support services that uphold safety and dignity.
• Training & Consultation
  • Train agency staff on behavior supports and psychological services.
  • Consult with team members, volunteers, and external providers.
  • Accompany individuals to community-based appointments as needed.
• Team Participation & Compliance
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and planning sessions.
  • Maintain compliance with policies, incident reporting, and emergency protocols.
• Other Duties
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support program needs.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must meet Lifetime Assistance’s Vehicle Operator Requirements (if applicable).
• Ability to interpret policies and regulatory standards.
• Proficient in report writing and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with individuals, families, and providers.
• Must pass all required background checks and clearances.
