Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Analyze process data to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process design, simulation, and optimization software (e.g., AutoCAD P&ID, SolidWorks, Aspen Hysys).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) or robotics
• CAD software proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
