Process Automation Analyst – Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance

We are seeking a Process Automation Analyst to design, develop, and support automated business processes that improve corporate financial and resource efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation processes and maintain existing automation solutions.
  • Document process requirements, exception handling scenarios, and technical design specifications.
  • Communicate with business users and leadership to obtain approval prior to deploying processes to production.
  • Identify and recommend automation opportunities to enhance financial and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience designing and developing automated business processes.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in learning multiple software applications and an understanding of how they work.
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills for business process requirements and exception handling.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Software certification preferred.
