Strong understanding of business workflows and ability to translate them into technical requirements. Proficiency in learning multiple software applications and an understanding of how they work. Excellent analytical and documentation skills for business process requirements and exception handling. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Software certification preferred.
Process Automation Analyst – Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance
We are seeking a Process Automation Analyst to design, develop, and support automated business processes that improve corporate financial and resource efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation processes and maintain existing automation solutions.
- Document process requirements, exception handling scenarios, and technical design specifications.
- Communicate with business users and leadership to obtain approval prior to deploying processes to production.
- Identify and recommend automation opportunities to enhance financial and operational effectiveness.
