Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster for a leading risk management company in San Bernardino. If you're skilled in handling complex and litigated claims, this is your chance to join a professional team that values your expertise and supports your growth.

Pay: $35.46/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Review, investigate, and manage Workers' Comp claims from start to resolution
• Determine compensability and authorize benefits (TTD, PD, Life Pension)
• Communicate benefits and legal rights to injured employees
• Handle subrogation and litigation, working closely with attorneys, physicians, and other parties

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent Workers' Compensation claims experience
• 1+ year handling complex/litigated claims (e.g., cumulative trauma, stress, safety officer cases)
