A company is looking for a Japan Operations Assistant to support coordination between Sales, Back Office functions, and Global Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with contract management, liaison with tax / legal offices, and invoice coordination
Support sales by managing data in Salesforce and creating contracts and quotations
Handle general administration tasks including document management and office supply maintenance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in general administration, sales administration, or as a corporate assistant
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Business-level English reading and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility to adapt to urgent situations and changing priorities
