New Jersey Licensed Mental Health Specialist

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective recovery-oriented skills

Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals, setting objectives, and determining appropriate interventions

Develops and maintains client relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes and advocates for necessary resources

Required Qualifications

Four (4) years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Experience in crisis intervention and support services

Ability to handle time-sensitive requests under pressure

Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs

Availability to work rotating shifts, including potential remote work arrangements
