Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years+ high-level Restaurant Manager or AGM experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage financials, budgets, and cost controls
• Build and maintain a strong, positive culture for staff and guests
• Uphold high standards for food quality and service
• Solve problems quickly and effectively
• Drive continuous improvement and business growth

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• New restaurant opening experience is a plus
• Experience in sports-driven or entertainment-focused concepts
• Background managing $6M+ in annual revenue
• Strong tenure and career stability
