Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Rounds

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and communication to all personnel and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout your shift, and uphold our company's values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork while always acting with integrity.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity during patrols within the facility and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with controlling access to the premises and monitor entry and exit points as needed.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters.
  • Document and report incidents and / or issues according to site and Allied Universal protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
