Located on the Upper East Side of New York City, Sage + Sound is a wellness destination that offers a variety of curated programming, products, and self-care services aimed to elevate one's well-being by enabling individuals to explore and simplify their own self-care routine while engaging with others who have the same goal.

MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY ON BOTH OR EITHER SATURDAY 12:30-9 PM AND SUNDAY 8 AM-5 PM- OPPORTUNITY FOR MORE WEEK DAY WORK IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

Participate (daily store meetings and product/online education) in order to provide optimal customer service

Welcome guests into the store and provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish

Introduce guests to our products and services and make recommendations by following Sage + Sound Customer Service steps

Educate and inform guests of the benefits of using our products and services and provide demonstrations when necessary

Book service appointments and check guests in and out for service appointments and/or classes

Transact POS sales accurately and maintain reporting as necessary and assisting and offering guidance to fellow Wellness Guides when necessary

Work in back-of-house to receive inventory shipments and keep stock neat and organized

Support the planning and execution of in-store special events

Participate in daily store operations and maintenance including light cleaning, trash, organizing stock, etc.

Lead the store in the absence of a Lead / AGM / GM to include customer service and store maintenance (interior and exterior)

Lead and participate in learning and development activities.
