Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator (full-time, 40 hours weekly) plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory and pricing while supporting the Store Manager and Replenishment Team to ensure the success of the store. Availability for some evenings and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities Include (with 50% of time focused on Nutritional Consultation Role) :

• Efficiently receiving and stocking daily orders
• Maintaining accurate pricing, conducting inventory cycle counts, and reporting with a high degree of precision
• Communicating with the Replenishment Team regarding inventory updates and special requirements
• Ensuring the company accomplishes its sustainability objectives related to environmental stewardship, employee welfare, community engagement, and year-over-year sustainability improvements

The wage for this role ranges between $17.09 and $25.00 per hour, based on relevant experience, training, skills, or knowledge, and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a quarterly bonus and benefits.
