A day in the shop

You’ll move from an electrical diagnosis to a brake service, then consult with a customer about a repair plan. Between jobs, you’ll keep your work area orderly, compare notes with team members, and stay current on new repair techniques and technologies.

What you’ll handle

• Complete routine services and complex repairs across a wide range of makes and models.
• Identify mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment and test procedures.
• Explain findings and recommended fixes to customers in clear, professional language.
• Document work performed and uphold high quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain an efficient workflow and timely turnarounds.
• Keep tools and the bay clean, organized, and safe.
