California Designated Broker

A company is looking for a Designated Broker (California) to oversee brokerage activities and ensure compliance within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for state real estate commissions and regulatory bodies

Ensure compliance of brokerage activities with state and federal laws and internal policies

Supervise and mentor Regional Brokers and licensed agents, including organizing training programs

Required Qualifications

Active real estate broker license in California with continuing education in real estate and compliance

Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role

In-depth knowledge of state real estate laws and compliance requirements

Proven leadership experience in brokerage operations

Bachelor's degree preferred; additional real estate designations are a plus
