Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1919.21 - $2102.96

Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join the team in Fortuna, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Skilled

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT-CA

Preferred Qualifications

Active CA License

Skilled Nursing Experience

COVID Vaccination

Travel Experience Preferred
