  1. Administer and serve as the main point of contact and user of Paylocity system includes all products from Paylocity
  • HR
  • Law and State requirements compliance (Mineral support)
  • Time and attendance administrator
  • Learning
  • Workflows
  • Recruiting, job posting
  • Performance
  • payroll compliance
  • maintenance of employee records, and more
  1. Administer all employee relations, benefits,
  2. Assist with employee relations, such as conflict resolution and investigations, corrective actions
  3. Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  4. Provide advice and assistance in re-engineering business processes, and organizational development
  5. Serve as the first point of contact for questions
  6. Very Strong bilingual
  7. 2-year experience in HR area
