Estimator

A company is looking for an Estimator to support their estimation team in analyzing project documents and ensuring compliance with US standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects

Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications

Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

0-1 years of experience in cost estimation or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD

Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills

Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading
