Key Responsibilities
Own and scale paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, CTV) with a budget of $40+ million to meet cost, volume, and efficiency targets
Develop a systematic process for creative generation, launching, and testing new ad concepts and campaign structures
Deliver reporting and insights to evaluate channel health and translate data into actionable decisions
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in running and scaling performance-focused paid social campaigns
Highly organized with a process-driven approach and rigorous documentation of learnings
Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig into platform data and uncover insights
Experience in high-growth B2B tech environments or startups is a plus
Critical thinking skills with a bias for action and quick execution of hypotheses
