Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? What You Will Do: This role is primarily for the cleaning of HMI's powder screening rooms. Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Maintains the exterior of the building and parking lots. Daily cleaning of restrooms, floors, furniture, doors, and water fountains Vacuum and mop hard floors and shampoo carpets Maintain parking lots, landscaping, emergency exits, roof drains and equipment Plow and salt parking lot Other duties as assigned. The position will work a schedule of Monday-Thursday (4x10) 6am-4pm (6th shift). Qualifications You Must Have: High School diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Must have a strong attendance record Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift Must be able to wear a respirator Mechanical aptitude preferred The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The salary range for this role is $22.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
