Someone that does what they say they are going to do Great communication skills with customers, suppliers, and other team members Creative problem-solving skills The ability to prioritize and multitask Solutions oriented Great organizational skills Basic understanding of the construction industry and familiar with basic HVAC related concepts

Currently our Team is seeking an HVAC Project Manager
Emerald Aire is a Design Build HVAC contractor specializing in VRF. Our Project Managers are involved with all faucets of the project, from up front coordination during the design process through execution and close out. A large portion of the position involves office related support to our Field in order to make the installation as efficient as possible.
Position : HVAC Project Manager
Compensation : $130,000 - $140,000 Salary
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday
Work Hours : Monday to Friday
Office Location : Auburn, WA
