ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With more than 10 years of serving our community, our office has grown into a close-knit team that truly feels like family. We currently have three full-time and two part-time team members who bring energy, collaboration, and genuine care to our work every day.


I’m a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business, and I’ve built this agency around service, integrity, and connection. We enjoy creating an environment where people feel supported and valued—from offering drinks, snacks, and a full coffee bar to celebrating small traditions that bring us together. One of our favorites is Thankful Thursday, where we rotate preparing a meal and share lunch as a team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shannon Rikard - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
