Job Summary
Do you have a passion for makeup and helping people look their best? We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our team. As the Beauty Advisor, you will work directly with customers to help them choose the best cosmetic products for their skin.

Beauty Advisors must be able to listen to customers needs and concerns in order to suggest suitable products. You will also demonstrate makeup application techniques and provide customers with information about ingredients, prices, and other product information.

Successful Beauty Advisors are committed to providing excellent customer service and have a deep knowledge of cosmetic and skincare products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store
• Understand customer needs and identify products based on their preferences
• Ensure sufficient stock is available on the shelves and that it is presented professionally
• Inform customers of any current sales or special offers and cross-sell products, when appropriate

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service at a retail store is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and have a friendly demeanor even during busy hours
• High school diploma
• Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus
• Computer literate
