As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in buying and selling their homes. Your tasks will include conducting research on available properties, discussing clients' requirements and budgets to identify suitable options, preparing marketing materials and listing agreements, and negotiating the most favorable deal for clients. Furthermore, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

We are searching for a professional with a comprehensive understanding of the Eastern NC real estate market. To excel in this role, you must possess strong negotiation skills, a deep knowledge of real estate industry regulations, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ensuring the satisfaction of every client will require delivering superior customer service throughout the duration of their journey.

$50,000 - $175,000 at plan yearly

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Conduct thorough research on available properties to provide clients with the best options that meet their needs and budget.
• Prepare and present compelling marketing materials and listing agreements to attract potential buyers.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Eastern NC real estate market to offer informed advice and insights.
