Description

• Educate patients and their families to bolster development and progress beyond the confines of clinical visits.
• Occasionally implement inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure a seamless continuum of care throughout the treatment process.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required unless ASHA-certified.

Certifications

• State licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of employment commencement.
