Compensation :  $200, 000 –$400, 000 + Bonus + Equity Potential

Overview

We are seeking a  visionary Mechanical Systems Architect  to define and lead the  mechanical design, operations, and thermal strategy  for next-generation  AI-scale data centers . This role sits at the intersection of engineering innovation and high-performance computing—driving breakthroughs in cooling, efficiency, and mechanical reliability for hyperscale environments.

Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer, this leader will be the  principal authority for mechanical systems design and operations , guiding the evolution of advanced cooling topologies that support GPU-dense workloads and large-scale AI clusters. The ideal candidate combines deep technical mastery with proven leadership to architect sustainable, efficient, and globally replicable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Architecture & Strategy

• Architect and own the end-to-end mechanical systems roadmap for AI-scale compute environments.
• Define internal design standards, templates, and repeatable system patterns across all facilities to ensure uniformity, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead multi-disciplinary mechanical teams through design, construction, commissioning, and lifecycle operations.
• Establish design governance frameworks to ensure mechanical scalability and energy efficiency across global deployments.
