The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Nursing is seeking to fill Phlebotomy Technician I positions to perform phlebotomy / specimen collection and a variety of laboratory tasks related to phlebotomy, labeling specimens, telephone inquiries, and distribution of phlebotomy supplies.

Duties to include :

• Performs phlebotomy draws
• Performs computer data entry and other clerical tasks as required
• Orders, receives, and distributes supplies
• Responds to basic phlebotomy inquiries and otherwise represents assigned and related work areas

Percent of Time : 100%

Schedule : Monday-Friday 0730-1600, rotating holidays

Location : Iowa City, IA
