Investor Relations Associate @ Alternatives Fund (San Francisco Bay Area)

Coda Search is partnering with a premier global asset management firm investing across real estate, private equity, and private credit. As the firm continues to expand its global investor base, they are looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to join the Investor Relations and Client Services team.

This Associate will support relationship management and client service efforts across the firms institutional client base, including pensions, endowments, foundations, and sovereign wealth funds. The role offers exceptional exposure across asset classes and the opportunity to work directly with senior IR professionals and investment teams on strategic communications, reporting, and investor engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support relationship managers with client servicing and communications across a diverse group of institutional investors.
• Prepare high-quality investor materials including portfolio updates, performance reports, RFPs / DDQs, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (investment, product, operations, legal / compliance) to deliver accurate and timely information to investors.
• Assist with onboarding new clients, tracking deliverables, and ensuring a seamless investor experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support client engagement and business development efforts.
• Maintain CRM systems and help manage investor data and communications.
