Experienced Construction Technician Drywall Specialist

Important Note :

This is NOT an entry-level position . If you do not already have the skills and experience listed below, please do not apply. We will not provide training. This is a hands-on working role , not a supervisor or apprentice position. Only highly experienced tradespeople will be considered.

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Technician with a heavy emphasis on drywall . The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the trades and be capable of independently completing work to professional standards. A skills test will be required .

Required Skills (included but not limited to drywall is the priority) :

• Drywall (primary skill) : Must be highly skilled at hanging drywall (walls & ceilings), taping, mudding, texturing, and matching existing textures with precision.
• Painting & Staining : Interior walls, ceilings, trim.
• Finish Carpentry : Install casing, baseboard, doors with clean and accurate cuts.
• Plumbing : Install / reinstall fixtures.
• Insulation : Proper installation to code.

Other Requirements :

• Must have and maintain your own tools to perform the above trades.
• Reliable transportation for carrying tools and materials to job sites.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs.
• Must pass and maintain a satisfactory background check, insurable driving record, pre-employment drug screening, and pre-employment physical.
