Veterinary Assistant Position At VCA Hollywood Animal Hospital

VCA Hollywood Animal Hospital is seeking a full time Veterinary Assistant to join our team.

Our fast paced, hybrid practice gives you the opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with general practitioners, specialists and the most dedicated technical and support staff to provide exemplary patient care 24/7/365 days a year.

Veterinary Assistant duties include:

• Collecting patient histories & physical exams
• Venipuncture / IVC placement
• Client education and communication
• Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
• Providing compassionate care for all patients

Potential schedule: Overnight 7a 7p. Must be available to work weekends and some holidays

Compensation: $18 - $30 / hr is based on experience, skill set, and licensure status. (CVA, CVT, VTS)
