Salary : $148,000

Business Systems Analyst
We’re partnered with a publicly traded, enterprise organization to hire a Business Systems Analyst for their IT Project Management Office (PMO). This role offers strong visibility, a growing project pipeline, and a clear path into a future Project Manager position.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements
- Create As-Is and To-Be process documentation
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Partner with IT teams and third-party vendors
- Support testing, UAT, and business validation
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and governance standards
- Assist with ServiceNow request intake and coordination
