Our platform is built to accommodate operators from independent restaurateurs to regional and national chains.

Overview

We're looking for a skilled UI / UX Designer to create user-centered and visually compelling designs for our platform. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our product's evolution, working on everything from user research and wireframing to visual design and prototyping. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of design principles and a passion for building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities

• User Research : Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• UX Design : Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to design intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• UI Design : Develop high-fidelity mockups and visual designs that align with our brand and product style guide.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand user needs, define technical requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, and actively contribute to improving our development processes and tech stack.
• Scalability : Design and build systems that can handle a high volume of users and data, ensuring the platform remains fast and reliable as we grow.
