CAD Technician

A company is looking for a CAD Technician I to support gas pipeline projects through technical design and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

Create precise CAD drawings from engineering concepts for gas pipeline projects

Develop detailed construction plans, topographical profiles, and maps for field operations

Collaborate with survey crews to gather measurements and refine designs

Required Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD

Experience with X-Refs and coordinate systems

Associate of Applied Science degree (AAS) in Design and Drafting Technology is preferred

Microstation experience is a plus

Experience within the utilities industry is preferred
