Our $1B+ learning platform serves tens of millions of students every month, including two-thirds of U.S. high schoolers and half of U.S. college students, powering over 2 billion learning interactions monthly.

We blend cognitive science with machine learning to personalize and enhance the learning experience for students, professionals, and lifelong learners alike. Were energized by the potential to power more learners through multiple approaches and various tools.

Lets Build the Future of Learning

Join us to design and deliver AI-powered learning tools that scale across the world and unlock human potential.

About the Team :

Our team is fast-moving and highly collaborative, operating in an environment where ideas quickly turn into shipped products. We focus deeply on understanding contentspecifically identifying the right piece of content for each learner at the right stage of their journey. This requires close partnership with engineering to translate user and content insights into scalable solutions. Together, we work with the latest AI technologies, including building content understanding models that power personalized and effective learning experiences.

About the Role :

You will act as a key connector between the content and product teams, identifying how content structure can best power our products and uncovering new opportunities where content can drive additional value. You will translate content strategy into clear product requirements, ensuring alignment between user needs, content capabilities, and product goals. The role also involves close collaboration with engineering and machine learning teams to develop a strong understanding of how content is structured and represented under the hood. This perspective will enable you to shape product decisions that are both strategically sound and technically informed.

Were happy to share that this is an onsite position in our San Francisco office. To help foster team collaboration, we require that employees be in the office a minimum of three days per week : Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company. • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure content is positioned effectively and reaches the right audiences at the right time
  • Work with Research and Design to deeply understand user motivations, pain points, and friction, translating insights into clear, actionable product direction

What you bring to the table :

  • 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on data-driven systems, where structured data layers are used to power product functionality and decision-making
  • Proven experience operating at the intersection of data, product, and user needs, including working close to the data models that power core product functionality
  • Genuine passion for education and educational technology, and a motivation to build products that meaningfully support learners and educators
  • Ability to think analytically across data, product capabilities, and user needs to inform clear, impactful product decisions
