Significant experience leading projects , including coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical excellence, and driving project success. Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system design. Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers and technical staff. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Are you a passionate mechanical engineer with a knack for mentoring and finding optimal solutions? We're seeking a Mechanical Technical Leader to join our engineering firm. This unique role allows you to guide and influence mechanical team members and projects, ensuring we deliver the best-fit solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do :
- Mentor & Guide : Share your insights and experience, helping our teams grow and excel.
- Design Excellence : Review and optimize designs, focusing on the best-fit solutions.
